From start to finish he took care of any issues I had with my bumper and the insurance company. He even was kind enough to get someone to change my tires while the bumper was being replaced. “I wish there were an extended star rating! I'd give this place another 5 stars!! Where do I begin? I have a Jeep Wrangler and I went off roading this past weekend. The actual mud stained the front grill (aftermarket wild boar grill). I looked up a few places on Yelp and found 'Better than ever'. I was quoted X-amount and that it would take a week. Now I understand a grill is not priority by any means, plus I still had the stock grill which I installed in order to bring the one needing paint. So I was in no rush whatsoever. Well guess what? A day later (today) I get a call from Joe the grill is ready. When I get there to pick it up he hands it to me and gives me his hand and tells me thank you for your service. I brought it in and gave the guy a hug! It's people like him we need more of in this world!! Let alone Paterson, NJ! God Bless America!!! And God Bless Joe! His reviews were helpful on here and when I went on his website, the work on there was top notch. My insurance company (who shall remain nameless) was giving me a hard time with just about everything; was trying to give me a rush estimate/job and I felt I needed a second opinion. Thank God for Joe!! Long story short, I contacted Joe and he was very understanding of my matter, came for my truck with his own towing folks and ran his estimate on my truck. As a result, he found other problems that weren't on their estimate tab. The insurance company ended up totaling my truck because it was too much money to repair the damages/parts but I am so happy that I got Joe's second opinion and trusted his judgment. I didn't get to see his actual work but I would've been stuck with an x5 that had a nice body but poor insides. Thanks for that call Joe!”

Well here is both! Stupid snow storm led to a stupid car accident...I trusted Joe, the owner, with my baby and 1 week later I picked it up and I couldn't be happier.
